We were just talking about this in my Networking Theory class. PPTP and L2TP are two different protocols, either of which could be used for a VPN. I was given to understand that you used one or the other, but not both at the same time.

you can allow traffic (read: open listening ports) for both L2TP and PPTP.

off the top of my head, you need:
TCP 1723
Protocol 47

UDP 1701
UDP 500

PS: You may well need Protocol 50 (for IPSec ESP)

as goes outgoing bandwidth, it depends how much traffic you use.
by itself, the header / encapsulation / padding isnt much - but if you're now going to start say downloading huge files off your vpn connection, then yes, it'll take up a fair amount.

what do you mean by multi connection?

i mean 2 users connect to the same vpn at 1 time. I just figure it out, only 1 connection is allowed at 1 time, as the OS that i am connecting to is windows, its not server. Correct me if I am wrong.
