It is clearly not a shortcut.
Try going to control panel and checking out programs and features. Any programs that you do not recognize? Any icons similar to the one on the desktop?
Run Malwarebytes and your antivirus.

There is really nothing unusual in my programs. This icon just shows up, sometimes it doesn't appear for an entire day... This thing is just annoying...

Something put that icon on your system.
Right tick on the icon and select properties and see if their is any information on what it is related to.
It would be helpful if you completely filled in your system specs. This tutorial by Brink will help you do that.
