Western Digital 2TB internal drive prices

Does Western Digital have the prices locked down for their drives?
Looking to get a
2TB Western Digital Caviar Black but everywhere I look they're averaging $179. I did see one place that claimed to be selling it for 149, but they seem to be the only ones, which makes me a bit skeptical.
Anyway was just wondering WD has resorted to making vendors stick to a certain price point?

Well I'm not in Australia; wouldn't mind visiting though.
Anyway I picked one up earlier today as I got Best Buy to price match the OEM one on Amazon for $166 (now 169).
In fact I'm in the process of moving my files off the old 1TB drive to the new 2TB one now. Getting ready to do some computer maintenance including reformatting my SSD drive.
