What CDs do I need to virtualize xp?

I have Oracle's VirtualBox installed and have successfully used it to install a virtual Linux to play with.
I now want to create an XP virtual installation on my Windows 7 laptop. I have several OEM XP CDs from earlier PCs I've owned but none are the full MS install CDs. Can these OEM system restore CDs be used to create a virtual XP install?
If not, is there a work around? Thanks.

Decided to try it. After all it is a virtual installation.
Answer is: it works fine.
