What do you do if you Have no Virtualization option in BIOS

I am in China - Imageshack is blocked by the athorities :( so I can't view your attachment. IIRC, on my office HP pc, it was confusing and not at all logical to me as to where to find the option for enabling the VT feature. Definately was not called Virtualization or the like, but I remeber turning on all items one by one until one of them turned on another section that then had the virtualization bit.

With your BIOS, the reason you can't enable VT is because Acer locked down the BIOS on your PC to make that feature unavailable. The only options would be either a modded BIOS or a motherboard that allows the feature. And as far as that error you are getting, the reason is because the OS can't see any available partitions or drives. If you search on the internet about this, there should be guides on how to prepare a hard drive or partition for OS X.

There should be a virtualization option in BIOS. Maybe you need to flash your BIOS? Flashing BIOS is a risky procedure and if done incorrectly, your computer could stop working.

I would check with your manufacture site for driver downloads.
