I can't really make out much of what is in your screenshot. You could use the snipping tool to create a clearer image.
As for what programs to remove, that could get to be dangerous, as we don't know as well as you what is important to you. For example, Acrobat AIR is something I could do without, but I'd have no idea of you use it or not.
Installed programs don't slow down a computer. Processes running in the background for no reason will slow down a computer. You should be looking into the resource monitor to solve your issues.

delete your cook dash and if you have any other browser apart from chrome delete it or delete chrome itself
