Fair enough to me - we had 3-5 users over at Vistax64 forums who were at speeds comparable to this - one user posted a 115M<bit connection, and I remember another user recently posting a 99Mbit connection from Singapore....

I am keeping my fingers crossed that Verizon comes into my area with dedicated fiber based FIOS - I already have their cell service and I'll jump on that faster than a speeding bullet....
