Which programs can I remove from startup for better CPU performance?

My CPU fluctuates from low to high and back, for better performance, I want to prevent certain programs from running on startup. Can someone please tell me which of these programs I can prevent on startup and not alter the operation of my computer?

Hi and welcome to SevenForums,
I don't believe you need any of them except for your security and possibly the top intel listings
One I would definitely check and uninstall is JAVA you don't need it I would imagine all it is/ is a security hole waiting to be exploited

How did you get the list of programs in your screen print ?

Post a screen print of your msconfig Startup tab.

Thanks guys, that seemed to work for me! I used snipping tool to capture and save those images.
