Why can't i install anything? [says full disk, it's not]

ad 1) had the wife read the black picture, LOL. Looks like you have 9.5GBs of free space on C. So it is beyond me why you get this messgae. But why do you have so much stuff on C. The system with a good selection of programs should be less than 30GB. Do you have games installed.

as2) It frres up as much space as the size of your RAM. If you have 16 or 32GB of RAM, that is significant for a small SSD. With 2 or 4GB of RAM, it does not make a big difference.

I think we are a bit stuck with your original problem - at least I am. Here are a couple of suggestions from the net. Not sure whether they help.

the second link was me, the suggested solution didn't work. this is one of the most frustrating windows issue iv'e ever had

Hmm, I am also at my wits end, sorry.

Why do you have two 100MB System Reserved active partitions? Which one has your w7 install on it, it should be c:\, but...

Gary, my guess is he moved the OS from the HDD to the SSD and the 100MB on the HDD remained.

Welcome to Seven Forums s000p. If I may suggest something, easy to do, and no harm if it doesn't work.

Win key + R (opens run box)> In run box type

msiexec /unregister

Click OK

Win key + R (opens run box)> In run box type

msiexec /regserver

Click OK

See if any difference

Also I would run disc cleanup on the target drive(s)

Slartybart suggested we focus on the error code 1711 again. Here is an answe from the web that may have a chance to fix the problem - not sure though but it is worth trying. The problem is too mysterious.
