Why won't the Chrome Enterprise Team allow me to Unsubscribe?

[TD]I keep trying to Unsubscribe but the CLOWNS below will not allow it.

I keep filling out their Form to Unsubscribe but it will never complete!

One Field on the Form cannot be "entered or completed".

It's the one that asks for the Country.

Down arrow it and there is nothing to select, try entering the: US or USA or anything and it will not allow it.

Is this a SCAM or is there a way to prevent ANY communications from these CLOWNS?

I'd appreciate your feedback as I am not able to deal with this myself, it's beyond my ability.

And yes, I have tried both of the options below, many times over the past two weeks and the results never change!

Do you have anything like an adblocker running that could be preventing parts of the page loading?

Are there any errors in your browser F12 tools console?

Be aware, I am a novice's novice!

To the best of my knowledge, I do not have an AdBlocker that is preventing parts of a page from loading.
I do have an AdBlocker running and I use it just as its original install parameters were.
I would not know how to change any parameters if there are parameters to change.

I didn't even know there is / was an F12 tools console.
I did open MS Edge and pressed F12 and a console opened.
I did not see anything that would allow me to continue to an area where I might view errors.

I will attach a Full Page Snip so you might see what I see.
