Win 7 32 BSOD on shut down

Hi all!

Not permanent, but frequent BSOD on shut down. Screenshot in attachment.

Any thoughts?

Copy contents to another folder then .rar them. Attach .rar to a post to have it analyzed.

Probably a good idea to update your mainboard's bios.

What have you done to the system recently?
Try another video card (and try new drivers).
