Win 7 Hung on Shutdown after adding monitor

hi,
I had to force shut down my new build(2 weeks old
). I hooked up a new monitor,plugged in an Oxygen Keyboard(piano) for the first time and tried to plug the keyboard(typing keybaoard ) into a usb port,which for some reason didn't work and then win7 started searching for drivers and couldn't find whatever driver it was looking for. No, problem until I went to run aida64 and it froze on the opening page,I force quit it in task manager then tried to restart and it froze on"windows is shutting down".
After I forced the shutdown by holding down the power button I restarted and everything seems to be cool,aida64 opened up ,programs seem to be responding. here's what the win 7 report said:

like I said ,it looks ok but I would like to know if it's my monitor drivers or what,got me a little nervous.any help would be great.

It appears to be a driver that caused the problem. Please follow the http://www.sevenforums.com/crashes-debugging/96879-blue-screen-death-bsod-posting-instructions.html if you would like us to determine which driver.

Hi,

Thanks for your help. I thought I did follow the posting instructions,I zipped the dumpfile and system health report together,I just built it 2 weeks ago ,my specs are:
i7 3820,Asrock x79 extreme6,32G Gskill Ares RAM, 2TB Seagate Barracuda 7200 HDD , Win 7 Proffesional 64bit sp1 OEM,EVGA Geforce GTX 460 GPU, Corsair TX 750 PSU.

Ah, sorry. I completely skipped over the link when I read it the first time. My apologies.


Crash points to your Texas Instruments USB 3.0 Host Drivers. Check for updates. If you cannot find updates, re-install the drivers after downloading them fresh from ASRock > Products > X79 Extreme6/GB. It appears that yours do have an update available, though.
