WIN 7 - Taskbar loading cursor everything in windows window is jammed

Hi, I've been experiencing bad Windows 7 operating system for the past month.

I have placed a link in this thread in RAR which contain TWO files.

FIRST screen shot of my command sfc /scannow which has been scanned to a complete 100% in safe mode (because my normal mode does not allow me to open anything related to windows).

SECOND is the CMB.txt file, a corrupted findings which relates to the screen shot of the FIRST file inside the RAR.

Screen shot details

Windows Resource Protection found corrupt files but was unable to fix some of them. Details are included in the CBS.Log windir\LOGS\CBS\CBS.log

Have you tried a system restore to a point before this started? Have you considered a repair install? Or even a complete fresh install?
