Win7 home edition - how to audit when & who logged in past week/month?

Which tool or command part of Win7 home edition, will enable me to trace past logging in/out activites and from which user accounts?

Indeed, tools such as secpol.msc are not part of it(or where not activated)
See: Windows 7: What is Account Auditing And How To Enable It

Thanks

Thanks didn't know that without audit on, one could trace so much :)

Pushing a bit further, any chance to clearly identify who deleted a folder.

"Common sense is not so common."
I like that one.

Deleted Folder?

Well you could try: Free PC cleaner - Download

It shows the last time a deleted folder was accessed. I'm not sure if that the same as the time it was deleted.

Warning: When using this software if you clean shellbags for existing folders you will lose all view settings.

Other than that you'd need access to the $LogFile (a hidden system file) but it's not straightforward. I'm attempting to view my $LogFile at the moment and it looks like it will take some time to parse the file.
