Win7 startup 30+mins caused by hard drive

Hello! My computer suddenly got a slow boot and it's caused by my 2nd hard drive and i've figured it out because i took off my 2nd hard drive then the boot time ran normal. And when i play games like Warcraft III while playing some music the game lag spikes (note that i'm only using my 1rst hard drive right now). Can someone help me with my problem or can it still be solved? if someone needs my specs ill fill you in later.

EDIT:I tried my 2nd hard drive with my old computer and it works perfectly fine.

Well guess what it's worse than before! When i finally picked the user everything went black except for my cursor my patience ended there but ill run it overnight later.Here's my screenshot of the disk i'm using right now.

If that is your current boot disk, you may be looking at replacing that too. It doesn't look healthy.
