i rebuilt it myself but it was orginally a IBM, is that gonna be a problem when i put in the dvd?

Your specs say you have Win 7 Professional 32 bit.
Is that correct??
Did you buy the Windows 7 disk in a retail store? Or???
The Product Key that came with Professional 32 bit can only be used to activate a Professional 32 bit installation.
What are the details of the disk you are going to use?? Is it the same exact version as what your Product Key is for?
Why not just download an ISO that matches your Product Key and install from that?
You still may have a bad hard disc. A new installation won't help that.

In addition, you can use Hiren's boot cd to scan for and the repair of bad sectors if you may have.

yes and their was no bad files i even tried running sfc/ scannow and it just kept repeating to reboot and i reboot it many times and it still repeating the samething when i go back to command prompt

chkdsk /r and sfc /scannow are two completely different tools.
