Hi ProfB,

Standard fix for those errors is KB971033, however in your case i dont think it will work.
As your only running W7 withOUT SP1.

The other problem is that the product key is not being recognised, its coming back as notification state
"initial grace period" allthough its showing as a COA key.
Where did you get your install media from, i can see its only just been re-installed.
At the time your comp was built SP1 had been released so any comp supplied with W7 would have had W7SP1 media supplied with it.
(from what i can find that comp came with W8, if it did it would explain your problems)

I believe the only way your going to make your system genuine is to contact MS.
