Windows will not activate, I got a free copy of 64bit Windows 7 Ultimate by attending the Windows 7 Launch Event. I've done a few installs, both from the disk and from Images that were made within the OS, without a problem. Today, a few days after a clean install and activation from the disk, I get an alert telling me that I have to Activate windows. I know that I activated it during install but I try anyway and get an error message saying that my code cannot be used: see attached pic. I triple check that I am typing the code from the disk sleeve but still no activation. I didn't not install that genuine windows check update as I got mine directly from Microsoft.
