Similar problems as in this thread:

Seems like any time I put any real load on my computer such as the games I enjoy I run into problems.
Problems: The game I am running frequently goes to "Not Responding" mode then comes back after a minute or two, only to repeat later. During this time any applications I switch to also go into "Not Responding" mode for awhile.
Occasionally the computer Black Screens and/or Restarts on its own. It does a disk check which takes forever.
Not sure if this is related but I noticed my System Rating Score dropped from 7.4 to 7.2 in the Component Categories of Graphics and Gaming Graphics. Even though my hardware is still the same. It is possible the 7.4 score was taken when crossfire was enabled.
