Solved Windows 7: Check Internet connectivity automatically via script

so got another request, id need a script that as long as my system is running it constantly checks every second that a certain network adapter is connected to the internet , would be appreciated alot update> ok , lols , got the solution over here Batch Script to constantly ping, when fails use logic to disable and enable network adapters - Stack Overflow

Ping is a DOS attack and may be blocked by security or even the router

what? ping is used to determine internet reaction speed mind you not bandwidth ....different story , DOS uses such as attacks..sure but in a different manner and size not to mention most systems if any will be affected by this nowadays, read this> What Is the Ping of Death? | Radware — DDoSPedia btw , why ? do you have a better solution to said batch , since all it does is a regular ping nothing dos related, but then please do tell, mind you it must be as effective at least as ping another question while im at it , anybody know of an app that will popup a notification like google chrome does onscreen from the taskbar once im connected to internet or im offline , would be really nice to have and been looking for such for a longer time
