There is a feature in windows 7 that creates a tutorial for almost any task. It creates the tutorial and highlights what the user needs to click. Can someone please tell me the name of the feature.

The only tutorials that I know about or have used, are from the excellent collection of this forum. I would be interested to see if anyone knows differently
No, there is no feature of this nature included in Windows 7. He may have been referring to a piece of software that had been added, but it isn't part of the OS.
Tepid is correct, the feature is called Problem Step Recorder. You can use this tool to have an end user recreate the steps they were doing when their problem took place. This saves you the headache of trying to decipher what they are trying to tell you.
