Hello frencok and welcome to Seven Forums.

When a message such as "the disk may fail soon" is received, it means the entire disk (hard drive) is in danger of failing. So it wouldn't matter what partition you use. You could go to the disk manufacturer's website and you should be able to find a diagnostic tool that can check the disk's condition. If you don't know the manufacturer you could visit the Seagate website and use their SeaTools for Windows diagnostic utility. If your hard drive (Disk 0) fails the test, I'd suggest buying a new disk.
