Windows 7 log-in screen shows two of the same user account?

Hi, when I turn on my computer, or bring it back from sleep mode, there are two of the same account. Basically it shows the user boxes with the same name twice, (both with the same password, picture, etc.) It's not really a problem, just kind of annoying to me for some reason. Is there any way to fix this?

Go to Control Panel\System and Security\System\advanced system settings. Under user profile settings how many profiles are there excluding the default one.
Also check C:\Users. How many are listed there.

There are two profiles besides the default one under "User Profiles", and 4 under C:\Users: "Philip" (my admin account), "Public", and these two weird accounts "UpdatusUser.P-Alienware" and "UpdatusUser.P-Alienware.000". (Those two somehow originated from the name of the computer, I name all my computers on the homegroup P-*manufacturer* or P-*what i built*)
