Windows 7 security tricks [help]

can any help me, how to make my windows 7 more secure?like
- all items on start menu are gone except for computer.
- Cant right click on computer to get windows properties.
- cannot install programs
- disable built in zip explorer..
- etc.. I want all..

Pls, need a little help..

My intentions, i want my windows for only gaming and browing..
I want to prevent people from wonding around and cannot download and install programs..
