Windows 7 start button and taskbar changed

Hello. My windows 7 is messed up. The round start button has changed to a gray square with start in it. My printer is deleted. There are no default sounds and they don't work. Backup and restore is missing

It seems like you changed to classic theme. Just reenable Aero and it'll be back like before.
