Windows 7 - Stuck at "Setup is Starting"

Hi everyone,

I recently changed my led screen on my laptop and after restarting the computer - my computer wont go past the welcome screen before the User Log in (blue screen). So I decided to do a clean install on my hard drive.

After putting in windows CD and starting the computer - I can get the windows installer to start but after pressing the begin installation - it is getting stuck at "Setup is Starting"

I waited and watched it for few hours if it will start but no response. So, i'm here looking for some help in figuring out what is going wrong
