Windows 7 update error 800B0100 with SP1

I have tried nearly everything I can find to make this update take. Please help. Attached are my log file.

It said in you logs you have a reboot pending have you rebooted or shut the computer down to install previous updates first?

Yes reboot success and still fails the update.

Do you have a restore point before you tried to download SP1.

Unfortunately, you have a rare and hard to fix strain of 0x800B0100

Please run this Fix-It in Aggressive Mode: How do I reset Windows Update components?

reboot your computer, and see if the problem persists. Also, ignore the message that that tool is incompatible with 7. It is perfectly compatible with Windows 7.
