Windows 7 Will not boot

I put a windows 7 installation cd in my computer and reinstalled windows 7.
Now at the bootup it ask me which OS do I want to run out of
Windows 7
Windows
Windows 7

When I click Windows 7 it takes me into windows with nothing but a command
prompt saying nothing and the other option ask me about the auto repair
and system recovery image and other options but its not auto repairing.
Any help please?

Hello and welcome DW mate what was on the drive in the first instance?? and did you wipe the drive before trying a reinstall and for that matter what from?? Also is there more than the one drive in the machine?
