huge issue? you need to download a video driver for your card. the nvidea top page is here. You eed to pick the correct one 32bit or 64, download it and install it

I did that right from Nvidia, and it gave me this here is a pic attached of what it said. This happened with both sets of drivers advised from Nvidia. I tried "191.07 WHQL" and "nv19045_Win7Vista32" Same issue each time.

You install the vista driver in compatibility mode?

Darn!! ZigZag thank you for all the help. I have tried the compatibility for Vista and even in safemode, but I guess this one is just not ready to be fix'd yet. LOL

Hi ya Dyce, i had this issue too. The only solution i found was to simply use 'Windows Update' and it should appear under the 'Optional' update', just tick that including any sound drivers needed and it should work. However if you have any instances of the Nvidia driver anywhere on your system it may not work so it would just be easier to do a fresh install of your OS, if you have backed anything up replace it after the update. Hope it works.

What make is your computer?

You will probly need to install the drivers from your computer manufacturer, not the Nvidia site.

Interesting. I am about to install 7. I could not install nVidia's last graphics driver (191.07) on x54 Vista. Hopefully I do not have the same issue with 647.
