Dumb question I tried Windows 10 but not a fan kinda hate it so if I reinstalled windows 7 can find any updates to complete the install and pay for a antivirus or vpn to keep safe

Windows 7 SP1 is supported until January 2023.
Using the most current Simplix UpdatePack7R2 (21.3.23) will update a clean install of it to March 2021.
