Windows 8.1 PC Settings shortcut from start menu deleted

Hi guys.
I have deleted the PC Settings shortcut from C:\ProgramData\Microsoft\Windows\Start Menu\Programs\
Can someone please give me that shortcut for Windows 8.1 ?

Do you mean you've actually deleted the whole file or just a program from it? Also just to let you know, this is support for Windows 7. For Windows 8 support.. Windows 8 Forums
