Solved Windows 8 Pro randomly freezes ( full version 2012)

i had windows 7 on 1 year old pc with 6gb ram and ADM x4 - gt8500 nvidia video card.
for some reason i can work for a while and for some in a while it freezes.
i had nt that problem with windows 7. why is that?
i formated the hdd and install the full version of windows

pd: it is windows 8 pro full version that i bought few days ago

i found the issue i removed all things from startup and services and it worked out
