windows aero is slow sometimes after pc boot

well this is weird....sometimes when i start up my pc the windows seven aero effects are real slow. they are smooth and not stuttering but just mega slow. when logging in the fade out and fade in takes like 5 seconds.

when i reboot, it is fixed...its random when i boot my pc. sometimes i need to restart because this weird thing happens and another time it doesnt.

You could try a sfc/scannow to see if any system files are corrupted.

How long has this been going on? Have you tried a system restore to a point before it started happening? Have you ran any malware/Virus scans?
