Hello Anton mate sooner rather than later you should use this Imaging with free Macrium

I don't really understand what that Seatools report is going on about but a quick look around for that HBA suggests to me there may be something wrong with it's controller - I stand to be corrected of course.

I would be investing in anew drive myself but it is your budget mate.

Hi,

I cannot boot Imaging with free Macrium via my laptop's CD-ROM Drive.

When I reboot my pc, appears this message:

A winpeshl.ini file is present but no commands were successfully launched. This could caused by incorrect formating or an invalid executable name.

X:\windows\system32

Now, I reboot again with Windows 7 installation Disk on my CD-ROM Drive and I managed to restart my laptop BY SELECTING command prompt on SAFE MODE:

I see this:
C:\WINDOWS\SYSTEM32

Should I download and try to run?: Macrium Reflect Free

please advise!

Thanks

Anton, your disk is dying. Save your data. Boot with a Linux USB flash drive and copy your data to another external drive.

Yep do as Megahertz has suggested and here is my little easy one to try
BOOTABLE UBUNTU
Make a bootable Ubuntu disk Get Ubuntu | Download | Ubuntu
Set the BIOS to boot from the optical when the machine boots it will show you a screen with TRY or INSTALL > select TRY not INSTALL
When it is finished - it takes very little time you will get a screen like in the pic .
Open the drive you want > User and dig down until you get to the data / settings you may be able to copy / paste the material you want to an external source or other installed drive doing this.
I am not sure if it will but I have recovered tons of data etc using this method both on "dead" or just plain drives that you cannot get data from using Windows.
Here is another obne but I find the Ubuntu quicker and easier to set up Emergency Kit - save your files from a dead OS

Thanks but I do not want to save my data. I would like to fix/repair my current C: drive bad sectors if this is possible.

If I manage to repair my C drive, then I would like to reinstall a fresh copy of WINDOWS.

Now, I am on C:\WINDOWS\SYSTEM32.

HDDs do not last forever. Once bad sectors have started appearing it signifies the end of life. Bad sectors cannot be repaired. You have to discard the drive. Buy a new drive and install Windows afresh.

Have you made the Recovery Disks for your laptop?

If you haven't made, then you should use the the product iD in the Certificate of Authenticty sticker to activate Windows after installation.

Normally there is a disk partition to create the disks from an application on the system. Now it's too late as you can't run Windows an even if you could, you can't trust as your disk has bad sectors.
You can install Win 7 using a Win 7 installation disk, use the key that is attached to your laptop and download the drives from Toshiba site.
The ISO can be got from here Microsoft Windows and Office ISO Download Tool Microsoft Windows and Office ISO Download Tool

Yes mate and now might be the time to get an SSD to install from the important thing is that you get the correct ISO for the activation code on that sticker on your machine.
So if you have a sticker that says 7 Pro 64bit then just make sure you download the correct ISO from that site and then use the code.
The alternative is buy another OEM but hey that is a last resort.

The pic you probably know anyway but my old Toshibas have the Toshiba name on the label.
