Hey all, first post!

I work in IT for a hotel management company, and one of our brand new Lenovo desktop PC's (Win7 Pro x64) has an intermittent issue. All Windows Updates have been applied as of yesterday. Sometimes when she logs into her PC in the AM, she'll open Windows Explorer to get to files etc, and it opens to a blank window. If she moves the mouse into that window, it shows the blue spinner like it's thinking, and it'll just sit like that forever. No errors etc. Now, if she hits F5 or selects "Refresh" from the menu, files/folders/drives show up just fine.

It also happened when she went into Devices and Printers to select a new default printer, nothing in that window would show up, no hardware and no printers until refreshed.

I've tried the icon.db fix, and have searched the internet to see what other suggestions there are. This is not a virus/malware of any type. The /sfc scannow returned nothing wrong. I don't have a plan right now, and since this is intermittent, I'm not sure when she'll have this happen again.

Any suggestions? Seems like this is a wide spread issue from what I've Google'd on this topic.
