Hello.

Can we download the themes/templates for the Windows Seven Forums to use on our own personal websites to change the appearance of the Vbulletin forum?

I don't think you can by default, but maybe with the admin's permission you could. Hopefully a mod or admin can step in and advise.

Sorry, but no. John (z3r010) has gone through a good amount of time and costs to create the skins and templates for this website. They are proprietary and copyright protected.
