How may a cmd (Admin) prompt be used to export a text file showing a complete list of the Windows Update History in different formats?

In the 2nd link, I see the following info...

"It is possible for an update to show as installed in the 'View Installed Updates' section and not show up in the qfe list. That is usually an indication that the update did not install correctly or fully."

On my system, wmic qfe list returns installed updates. My fiance's laptop has over 100 installed updates appearing in the "View Installed Updates" section, however wmic qfe list on hers returns No Instance(s) Available.

Her system seems to have a stable wi-fi connection, but mine seems to be experiencing disconnection and reconnection issues.

My questions here are...

1. Are the updates which were released before EOS/EOL continuing to be available through Windows Update?

2. Are there alternate ways to export a text file of the "View Installed Updates" section?

3. Can my correctly or fully installed updates be causing my connection and disconnection issues?
