When I installed W7 x64 Pro on my secondary PC, it checked and installed 7 updates, but I know that there should be more than that. I attempted to manually update, but that produced an error window (don't remember the content of it). The obvious question is how do I get it to complete the updates?

Many times on the install Win7 does go out during the install to download stuff. Were you hooked up to the internet at the time?

What are the updates that you expected and didn't get?

I tried manually updating again, right after posting, and this time it did work and downloaded a some more updates. I'm still comparing the update history on both computers. The primary has 60+ updates listed, and now the secondary has 18. I'm going to have to subtract recurring updates (like Windows Defender, etc) and some updates specifically for different hardware to get a more accurate comparison, but I'm still working on it.
