Hi, my computer is a home build using Windows7. I used this forum to help install Windows Mail from Vista. Thanks to all for the help. Anyway, over the last two weeks every second day I get notification for Windows updates. It is always the same 4 updates.
(Important) Windows Defendor KB9115597 and
(Optional) KB981078 KB 982670 KB 980846 KB 982519. Checking the update history says these five are already installed. Any ideas what the problem is?

Also have an Asus ha1002xp netbook with Win 7 Ultimate installed.
Next time it turns up, right click on the update(s) and "hide" it. Then it should not appear again.

You should allow the KB915597 updates for Windows Defender as they are new definitions, even though they use the same KB number.
