windows updates

Hello everyone thanks for having me as a member.
For some reasons the updates that have been downloaded for me to instal after i hit the install it dos and after rebooting this happens
the restart the computer but after the instalition it says that it needs to reverse and i restart the whole thing again
i tried it twice same thing
Can anyone help and thanks in advance
windows 7 ultimate X64
The updates are
2020-01 Security and Quality rollupfor .net framework 3.5.1,452,4.6,4.6.1............
And also security rollup windows 7 for x64 based systems (KB4534310)

have you tried the stand alone installers?
microsoft catalog, here's

Thanks for the reply i just downloaded the update from the link you posted and installed it but
the same thing happened after the restart of windows i get Failure configuring Windows updates Reverting
Changes
Do not turn off your computer
this is the only update i am having problems with so far
any ideas

A new question. I have WIN 7, SVP 1. last update 10/10/16...I then was in hospital for 2 years and mental recovery was VERY slow. Now almost OK. I do photography and use Adobe..Lost their Creative Cloud because of crashes & can't reload because of no updates. Get error because no TLS 1.0 or 1.1 support. Any idea how to get enough updates to get these?
