windows7 crash - Bluescreen error??

Hi I am having a problem in that my laptop (brand new) seems to crash and upon restart offers to start in safe mode etc and when i boot up to desktop i recieve this error message...

The second error points to USB issues, and the third to your Synaptics touchpad
Also, your SFEP.SYS driver (from the Sony Firmware Extension Parser) is out dated (and a known troublemaker).

Please visit the Sony website and update your Sony Firmware Extension Parser

Then follow the steps for checking out your video card. If that doesn't work, please post back for more suggestions.
