Again my wife's computer.
Every time I try a new WU section it gives me a different error code. Last was WindowsUpdate_80244010 error.
I've tried the MS WindowsUpdate.diagcab. Also sfc /scannow said it has a problem it didn't fix.
Attached is today's CBS.log
Thanks,
Mega

Hi Luis,
That error code relates to a server problem, cant/wont connect for some reason.
Cbs is not identifying it, can you post the latest persistant log from that folder.
I would also like you to run
KB947821, post the output
(its version specific 32/64bit and could take a while to run)
and the results from this tool

Thank you Roy.
Just ran WU and now it is working.
I think it was M$ servers that were down.
