Since I've upgraded to Windows 7, I have been having some issues with the internet.
Sometimes, I can be connected for hours, but then occasionally it would cut out and pulling out the power cable from the router.

Any Ideas?

(I have the internet, but I would like to find out some answers, why?)

Thanks for the suggestions.
I have tried rebooting the router.
It would be connected sometimes
for long periods of time and sometimes
short.

You could be getting interference, it may be worth logging into the router and changing the wireless channel.
