Recently,i just got my laptop acer aspire 4738 formatted.Yesterday, someone nice from here helped me regarding my hard drive capacity.Everything worked fine last night until i installed few programs,cc cleaner, firefox and a new account user for my father.
i installed the programs and i pasted his backup files at his own account. Then,i restart it as usual.
Something then appeared like this,`the software failed to start as usual` and so,i chose recommended setting instead of start normally. Then, system recovery appeared and i followed the instructions.

After that,i saw everything good. This morning,i turn on my laptop and i was so shocked to see that my father`s account has disappeared including his backup files.also,cc cleaner and firefox gone too.the bad thing is,i cant even connect to the internet.said that,no connections available, troubleshoot.
meanwhile, everyone in this house able to access the internet via laptops.is there any possibilities for me to regain everything back?fyi,im contacting you guys through my brother's tab.thank you

First off, I'm going to help you with the wireless problem. I'll try to help with the rest later.

Go to this link
Acer Support: Downloads & Support Documents - Notebook / Aspire / Aspire 4738

Scroll all the way to the bottom. If you have a Broadcomm download it on a flash drive, same for Atheros. Run the setup.exe in the folder. Wireless should work after that. If you don't know which you have, download both and try one. If one doesn't work, use the other.
