WLM - Send/Receive mails

I just installed WLM and ..... I can't believe it:
Is there no Send/Receive button like in Windows Mail and Outlook Express ?
I composed a test mail and Send puts it to Outbox as before. OK. But what is the trick in WLM to do Send/Reiceive ?

yeah its still there, they just changed the name its called Sync. now. its the same thing though effectively (although WLM will automatically send mails as you send them so really its just "Recieve")

Send and receive e-mails on WLM

You will get used to it as l did as had Vista Prem and loved Windows Mail.You do realize you can use Windows Mail on your Windows 7 do you not?
l do have rather explicit instructions from a Site called Whirlpool but it was so involved l just decided to leave it as it was and get used to the new mode.
