WMP12 Update

Today I informed that WMP12 Update is available. I inter to the M-soft web page but I can do nothing because the Icon of Upgrading is inactive even I'm using W-Internet Explorer! Is there some way to solve this issue?

Resetting your Internet Explorer and try updating. If it still doesn't work, it should have been automatically updated

recently I disabled IE8 and I installed IE plug in in Firefox browser to make it instead. do you think that's enough?

This WMP 12 plugin update will work only with IE, thiough am not sure if it will work with IE plugin in Firefox. Please try using the IE browser. It should work
