Temps....NEED HELP! (again)

OLD:

Hi all, I have a couple questions on my temps. Computer built in the last 2 months. No dust, I checked. A little worried. I have built a couple of PC's before, but never a high performance Rig like this one. So I do not know what temps are good or bad. I would assume anything in the 100 degree stage is bad, but this is why I am asking.

Just to give an idea, I live in a house that is a rancher, and the pc is in the attic that was converted into a game room. It sometimes gets very Hot up here in the summer. Unfortunately I am not sure how hot it gets up here. I have yet to get a thermometer for the room to find out. Sometimes I need to have 2 box fans on up here for it to be comfortable. This has to be where the PC is unfortunately.

Temp outside: 73 degrees F -temp in here IDK 1 box fan on.
On Idle,
My temps according to speccy and core temp-(processor) are the following: (Temps in F, I hate C)

Cpu: 75 degrees F
Motherboard: 100 degrees F
Graphics: 99 degrees F
hard drives: 96 degrees F

On Load: (cpu not near 100% though, more like 40%. It seems to laugh at anything I throw at it.)
Running Unigine benchmark or tomb raider (ultra and all high settings) produce these temps:

Cpu: 125 degrees F
Motherboard: 120 degrees F
Graphics: 150 degrees F
hard drives: 103 degrees F

Is this to hot? Should I try another temp program? Thanks. I have my case attached to my system specs. Case is this here: Rosewill ARMOR-EVO Black Steel E-ATX Mid Tower Computer Case - Newegg.com
This way you know my fan setup. All original fans I am using.

My motherboard says it auto overclocks, so IDK if this is bad, and I cannot figure out how to turn it off. CPU runs at 2.41GHZ where I read the AMD FX8350 runs at 4.0GHZ standard.
My case is cool to the touch, and does not feel warm, but still makes me nervous as I know 145 Degrees is my danger zone for my cpu. Thanks.

Thanks for any help/advice/suggestions

Your awesome for reading this.
I know you said you hate Celsius, and I feel ya, but for tech talk, we all pretty much use *C. Your temps are fine.

Here's what you have going on @ Idle/Load:

CPU: 24*/52*
MOBO: 38*/49*
GPU: 37.5*/65.5*
HDD: 36*/39.5*

For the warm ambient temp the computer is located in those temps are really very good.

Getting along with C* well come with time. After 60+ years of F* it took me awhile. Now I support the metric system every inch of the way. Anything below 50*C is fine, at 50* you need to start watching or even run a log. GPU's can run at much higher temps than CPU's.

My system typically runs CPU below 40C, GPU below 50C and the chip set high 40'sC. When bench marked or when hardcore gaming it runs CPU high 40's to low 50's, GPU high 60's low 70's and chip set mid to high 50's

I would recommend you try HWInfo for all your temp monitoring needs. I've used about every temp/fan/sysinfo program out there and I think HWInfo is the best at accurate temperature reporting.

Thanks so much everyone! I really appreciate it!! :)

For the warm ambient temp the computer is located in those temps are really very good.

At the time though, it was only 73 degrees F outside. So it was pretty cool inside.
