Wondering If Someone Could Explain this BSOD ?

I just reinstalled Windows 7 on my laptop and when I plugged in my external hdd I received an BSOD a few moments later. It's the first time I see this I never had any problems as far as I'm aware.

First, let me advise not to worry about it. Everyone will get a single BSOD at some point, though it's not usually a problem until it's a recurring issue.

I see Truecrypt was running at the time of the crash. Not to say it caused the crash, but it's a possibility.

Install these Realtek drivers: Realtek

If the BSODs persist, enable driver verifier: http://www.sevenforums.com/tutorials/101379-driver-verifier-enable-disable.html

A RAM test may also help. See this tutorial: http://www.sevenforums.com/tutorials/105647-ram-test-memtest86.html
