wrong OS usage statistic

please correct me if i am wrong, i think number of people using WinXP all over the world is underrated for following reason

many people in 3rd world is using XP computer at home/office but they dont have access to internet, so for internet need they goto internet cafe

so lets suppose 100 people have XP computer but they are only counted as 6 users by OS usage statistic firms, becuase these users are using 6 computers at local internet cafe

They are counting the number of XP install which MS can count very accurately, except for all the counterfeit ones. If your 100 people are using 6 PCs in the café, there are still 100 XP users.

I can see how you can make that assessment due to the fact that many os pie charts use web statistics to report usage share. And state that they do.

And what if they are using another OS in a different internet cafe? The same logic applies. So if 100 users in an internet cafe are using six Windows 7 or Windows 8 machines how do you think that they are counted? Obviously the count method doesn't tip the scales in favor of any OS or under-report the number of users.
