Xp Outlook addressbook?

Is there a way to import my outlook XP Pro addressbook into Windows Live Mail? I dual boot so I can export the xp addressbook any way needed. I tried WAB, no good

Their are nop issues except the stupid message about the DNS server not detetced-which seems a bit bogus.
System restore also fails even in safe mode
Windows Live Mail should do it when you install it, or you should be able to use the built in import functions.
